Digital Content Policy
All products sold on Loadout Lounge are digital in nature and are delivered instantly upon successful payment. Due to the immediate delivery and nature of digital content, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted.
Exceptions
We may issue refunds in the following limited circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing content you paid for, and we are unable to resolve the issue
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same purchase
- Unauthorized Transactions: If a purchase was made without your authorization
Refund Request Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for consideration.
How to Request a Refund

Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to the subscription until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in the current billing period
- Your subscription will not renew after the current period ends
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us, your account may be suspended pending investigation. We encourage you to reach out to us first so we can resolve any issues directly.
