Approved creators sell access to digital guides and memberships related to gameplay performance, including loadouts, settings guides, and strategy breakdowns. The platform does not host live streaming or video content. All products are digital and delivered instantly. The platform operates in the United States only and enforces strict content moderation.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of Loadout Lounge, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the platform.

3. Creator Responsibilities

Creators on Loadout Lounge must:

Apply and be approved before selling content on the platform
Provide accurate descriptions of their digital products
Deliver content as promised to subscribers and customers
Comply with all applicable laws and platform guidelines
Own or have proper rights to all content they sell
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

4. Prohibited Content

The following content and activities are strictly prohibited on Loadout Lounge:

Content that infringes on intellectual property, copyrights, or trademarks
Hate speech, harassment, or content promoting violence or extremism
Illegal activity or content that facilitates unlawful behavior

5. Payments and Digital Delivery

All payments on Loadout Lounge are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Digital content is delivered instantly upon successful payment. Creators receive payouts according to the platform's payment schedule, minus applicable platform fees.

Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

6. Account Termination

Loadout Lounge reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms of Service
Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or Creator Guidelines
Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Extended periods of inactivity
Upon request by the account holder

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Any pending creator payouts may be withheld if termination is due to policy violations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Loadout Lounge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loadout Lounge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content posted by creators. Users access creator content at their own risk.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
